EDUCATION
Unlocking Potential Through Education
At ADIC India, we view education as a powerful driver of change for individuals and communities. Our Education Program is dedicated to ensuring quality learning is accessible, equitable, and future-ready, with a special focus on children in underserved and rural areas.
Closing Gaps in Educational Access
We work to ensure that every child continues to receive quality education, with a special focus on internally displaced students affected by ethnic violence in Manipur. Through collaboration with local stakeholders, we provide safe and inclusive learning opportunities that support continuity, dignity, and hope.
Community Engagement & Advocacy
We work closely with weaker and marginalized sections of society to strengthen awareness of the importance of education, especially for girls. Through school drives, parental outreach, and community workshops, we help shift mindsets, reduce dropouts, and build stronger community support for continued learning
LIVELIHOOD
Enabling Community Growth Through Inclusive and Sustainable Development
At ADIC India, we believe economic empowerment is vital to building resilient communities. Our Livelihood Program promotes inclusivity, sustainability, and skill development, enabling rural farmers from underserved communities to achieve self-reliance and financial independence. In collaboration with the government, we also support farmer training initiatives and the distribution of quality seeds and agricultural equipment to strengthen rural livelihoods.
Women’s empowerment is a core focus of our livelihood initiatives. We create programs that address the unique challenges rural women face, offer safe and inclusive training environments that offer higher productivity and income
Community-Based Economic Models
In remote rural areas with challenging terrain, where jhum cultivation and cash crops are practiced with limited access to mechanised tools, we adopt a community-based approach rooted in collective support. Each farm and cultivated land receives hands-on community assistance to ensure optimal use of labour, strengthen productivity, and improve livelihoods for small and marginal farmers
ENVIRONMENT

At ADIC India, we view environmental well-being as essential to building resilient communities. A clean, green, and sustainable environment is not just important—it is the foundation for lasting social and economic progress. As India continues to face challenges such as pollution, water scarcity, deforestation, and climate vulnerability, our Environment Program takes a holistic, people-centered approach to drive meaningful and lasting change.
Community Engagement
We invite youth clubs, school students, elders, and village authorities to come together in protecting and restoring our environment. Through collective action such as tree plantation, cleaning water bodies, and maintaining natural resources. We extend collaboration and support the government effort in making India’s greener, cleaner, and more resilient for future generations.
DISASTER RELIEF REHABILITATION

We are committed to providing timely and effective support to communities affected by natural and human-made disasters, including internally displaced families affected by ethnic violence in Manipur. Our Disaster Relief and Rehabilitation team gear on addressing immediate needs, supporting recovery, and strengthening long-term resilience in the face of ongoing crises.
